We want you to be fully satisfied with your Crep Protect purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, any cleaning solutions or sprays that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused products in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
